Group chats from different AIs into a Space

A Space groups chats from any platform under one project, with a list of facts about it. Create one from Spaces on the left rail, add chats with Add to Space in a chat's ⋮ menu, and start new chats that already know the project.

Why it matters

A website redesign lives in a ChatGPT chat about copy, a Claude chat about code and a Gemini chat about images. Labels can group them. A Space also holds the decisions ("we're using Tailwind", "launch is March 3") and hands them to the next AI you open, so you stop re-explaining the project.

Step by step

  1. 1

    Create a Space

Click Spaces on the left rail, then New Space (+). Type a Name, such as "Website redesign", and click Save. Or open a chat's ⋮ menu and choose Add to Space → New Space from this chat.

  2. 2

    Add chats

Open a chat's ⋮ menu, hover Add to Space and pick the Space. A chat belongs to one Space at a time, so adding it to another moves it.

  3. 3

    Add facts

Open the Space (Details in its ⋮ menu). Under FACTS, click + and type a decision or fact. These go with each chat you start from this Space.

  4. 4

Start a chat that knows the project

In the Space, click an AI under Start chat in. A preview shows the facts and a summary of the Space's chats. Click Start chat in <AI>, check the message and press Send.

  5. 5

Filter the library to a Space

Click a Space in the panel to show its chats in the library. Click again to show all.

Good to know

  • Deleting a Space keeps its chats where they are and moves its facts to your own memory.
  • In Continue in, the Space row sends a one-line summary of each chat, or Full chats for the ones you tick.
  • Spaces are stored on this computer and don't sync to your other devices.
