By downloading, installing, and using Echoes, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before using the extension.
Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use Echoes. If you are under 18, you need permission from a parent or legal guardian to use the extension.
Privacy Policy
Echoes operates under a separate Privacy Policy that governs how data is handled and protected. By using the extension, you also agree to the terms of that Privacy Policy.
No Data Collection
All data remains entirely within your browser and is not transmitted to our servers or to any third parties. Your conversations, labels, favorites, and settings stay on your device.
License and Acceptable Use
You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Echoes for personal or professional purposes. Prohibited activities include reverse-engineering, unlawful use, interfering with security mechanisms, and misusing the extension's functionality.
Lifetime Access License
"Lifetime" refers to the operational availability of the product as determined by R2Bits LLC. The Lifetime license is non-transferable and non-refundable except where legally required. Features and availability may be modified or discontinued at the company's discretion.
Yearly Access License
Annual licenses grant one year of access to premium features from the date of purchase. Renewal is required to maintain access. Annual licenses are non-transferable and non-refundable except where legally mandated.
Data Collection and Compliance
Echoes complies with applicable data protection regulations including COPPA, CCPA, and GDPR. You have the right to access, correct, or delete any personal data we hold about you. Since Echoes processes data locally, most data control remains directly in your hands.
Intellectual Property
All content, trademarks, logos, and intellectual property rights associated with Echoes remain the property of R2Bits LLC. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without explicit written permission.
Limitation of Liability
R2Bits LLC disclaims all warranties to the maximum extent permitted by law and is not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the extension.
Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold R2Bits LLC harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of Echoes or any violation of these terms.
No Warranty
The extension is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
Force Majeure
R2Bits LLC is not liable for any failure or delay in performance caused by events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government actions, internet failures, or other force majeure events.
Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to Echoes at any time, with or without notice, for violations of these terms or for any other reason at our discretion.
Updates and Modifications
These Terms may be updated periodically. We will notify you of significant changes by updating the "Effective Date" at the top of this page. Continued use of the extension after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware and the United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
