Continue a chat in another AI
Choose Continue in from a chat's ⋮ menu, or click ⇄ in the toolbar, and pick a platform. Echoes builds a message with the chat's context, shows it to you, and pastes it into a new chat there. You press Send.

Why it matters
You spent an hour on a marketing plan with ChatGPT and want Claude's take on the copy. Copying 40 messages by hand hits length limits and loses the thread. Continue in sends the whole chat if it fits, or a summary plus the latest messages if it doesn't, and tells you which.
Step by step

Start the handoff
Open the chat's ⋮ menu, hover Continue in and pick a platform. The list shows the platforms you have connected. On a chat page you can also click ⇄ (Continue this conversation in another AI).

Choose what to carry over
The preview window lists what goes in the message. This conversation is sent as Whole chat or as Summary + last N messages (2 to 50). You can add My memory, a Space, Notes, Highlights and Similar past chats.

Check the message
Click See the message to read the text Echoes will paste, and Edit to change it. If it is too long for the target AI, the footer says so and suggests turning something off.

Send it
Click Continue in <Platform> (or
Ctrl+Enter). Echoes opens a new chat on that platform and pastes the message. Read it and press Send yourself.

- If the paste doesn't land, Echoes leaves the text on your clipboard and says so. Click the message box and press
Ctrl+V. - The summary comes from Claude, Gemini or Perplexity if connected, or from the AI model on your computer.
- Echoes never presses Send for you.
FAQ
Do images and files carry over?
No. Continue in sends text. Attach files again in the new chat.
