Connect more than one account on the same AI

Why it matters

Step by step

1. 1

   Connect your first account

   Open a platform from the title bar and sign in as usual. When Echoes shows Account Detected, click Add Account. That account syncs from now on.

   Open "Add another account"

   Click the ▾ next to the platform's icon in the title bar and choose Add another <AI> account. The same option is in Settings → Accounts, under each platform: + Add another <AI> account.

   Sign in with the other account

   Click Open <AI> to sign in. Echoes opens the platform in a separate sign-in, so the account you already connected stays signed in. Sign in with the second account, then click Add Account when Account Detected appears.

   Switch between accounts

   Click the ▾ next to the platform. Your accounts are listed by email, and a check marks the one on screen. Pick another to switch. Only that platform changes; the others stay on the account they were showing.

   See which account a chat is from

   Every conversation shows a colored dot for its account, the same color in the library, the account menu and Settings. To show one account's chats only, open the account filter above the library and untick the others, or choose All Accounts to see everything.

Good to know

• Every connected account syncs, not just the one on screen.
• If an account signs out, Settings → Accounts says its sync is paused. Click Sign in again to pick it back up.
